Sambrial: People of Sambrial region complained about removal of electric wires on the Prime Minister portal.

A complaint about the removal of dangerous WAPDA electric wires lying on the ground during the rainy season was made on the Prime Minister’s portal by the People of Sambrial. The dangerous power lines of Wapda have been raised temporarily, but the residents of Mohalla Rasulpura are demanding a permanent solution by installing a pole.The dangerous electric wires can cause accidents in the rainy season.
Remember that Federal Minister for Climate Change Sherry Rehman has warned all the government officials that during the next 24 to 48 hours the highest rainfall will occur in the cities of Sambrial, Sialkot, Lahore and Narowal in Punjab. Flood alerts have been issued in cities and municipal areas prone to landslides.
The federal minister also emphasized that coordinated preparedness and proactive response can save lives and alerted all response teams. The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) had already warned that severe thunderstorms and heavy rains are likely to occur in Sialkot during the next 48 hours.

People in the area, Rasulpura Sambrial , thanked Rana Jameel SDO Gapco Sambrial , Shamsh Shah and entire team for taking notice and again demanded a permanent solution to this important issue so that the people of the area can be safe from any accidents.Sambrial is a city in Sialkot District in the Punjab province of Pakistan.
