Financial Management in the Real Estate Industry: Radio Interview of Hassan Zahid Chaudary, House of Elaan
On Tuesday, 20th June, 2023, Hassan Zahid Chaudary, Assistant Manager Finance at House of Elaan was invited to the live interview on program ‘Breaking the Barriers’ on Channel planet FM 87.6, Radio Pakistan.
Hassan Zahid Chaudary discussed about various aspects of accounting and finance in the Real Estate Sector. He told about his career experience as a young financial manager at his company. He said that he joined House of Elaan three years back in 2020. He is overlooking different construction projects in his company. He told about his educational background and scope of Chartered Management Accountancy (CMA).
While discussing about barriers in the life, Mr. Zahid Hassan said that he was interested in playing games sports. He liked to play basketball and other games. He has a little interest towards Accounting and Finance. With the passage of time, after certification in CMA he joined Taxation Consultancy and then came to Real Estate Industry. Now he is very enthusiastic and determined about business development.
Mr. Zahid Hassan said that, there a lot of challenges associated to this field. Our country is facing financial and economic issues and we do not have a long term economic plan that could help the micro and macro indicators to go up. COVID 19 also had drastic effect on the economies of the world. Even the developed countries faced recession and third world countries were hit badly and world economy came to halt. In these circumstances, a lot of industries related to it got affected including Real Estate Market. The international and national organizations, amnesties, IMF, World Bank helped to overcome these challenges.
In recent years, Real Estate Industry has shown a lot of progress and development. It is providing new opportunities and solutions to the people who want to invest in it. This industry has also decreased unemployment rates in the country. Government Should adopt supportive policies for Real Estate Industry so that it can benefit the economy of the country. It has created good opportunities for the young people to work in it.
