Rawalpindi (Big Digit) Former President of Lahore High Court Bar Associations Rawalpindi Sardar Abdul RaziQ Khan Advocate said that the 26th Constitutional Amendment is against the basic structure of the Constitution and is an attack on the independence of the judiciary, which is rejected by the lawyers and people of Pakistan.

Sardar Abdul RaziQ Khan Advocate said in his important statement that the two-thirds majority was proved by the bullying and rigging for the constitutional amendments.It is the darkest chapter in the history of democratic and constitutional amendments.The assembly whose majority members are the product of fake form 47, they do not even have the right to sit in the assembly, let alone the constitutional amendment.Sardar Abdul RaziQ said that the constitutional amendment tried to make the independent judiciary a slave of the government and the establishment.He further said that Qazi Faiz Isa is the facilitator of this fraud.Who have stabbed their own institution in the back by colluding with the ruling coalition.The nation will never forgive those who make Pakistan a spectacle in the world for their personal interests.Sardar Abdul RaziQ said that the judicial system has been weakened by unconstitutional amendments. Due to which the people and lawyers will face difficulties step by step.
