House of Elan Participates in the Dream Home Expo 2023 as the “Strategic Advisory Partner” which is taking place at the Pak-China Centre, Islamabad, on 15th, 16th and 17th of July 2023. House of Elan has their own display desk, which provides information about their Real Estate projects, along with on location trainings, on different topics related to Real Estate, which are free of cost for all, along free certificates at the end of every training session by the expert trainers.

Day two was an eventful day in terms of on location trainings done by House of Elan Experts. The Schedule of trainings started from 3pm and ended by 9pm. A great turn out of universities students from Fast, Comsats, TMUC and many other participated in the trainings.  First training was done by Mr. Zeeshan Ahkter (Assistant Director Sales Elan Marketing) on Sales Core Competencies, in which participants were told key points about how to be a successful sales person. After that, Mr. Obaid Ayub (Director at House of Elan) gave the training on Financial Guidance, in which he discussed about financing and financial models.Training on Media Automation was done by Mr. Syed Amjad Ali (Director Marketing Jang Media Group). Valuable tools and skills of marketing were shared with the participants. Three different trainers were appointed to give meaning full trainings on Digital Marketing, which included Mr. Ehtesham Ali (Business System Analyst, who talked about skills needed to be a successful business analyst, Mr. Shahmurad Shabbir (Art Director) who gave a meaningful insight about creative design and finally Ms. Laraib Raana (Digital Marketing Associate) who talked about latest trends, skills and technologies of digital marketing.

A meaningful question answer session at the end of every training was conducted. Participants cleared their doubts and asked for advices from the trainers, which will help them achieve their goals in the future. Free certificates were provided to each and every one who was present at the trainings. Elan Consultancy also provided with the legal and financial guidance to the participants through the team of talent lawyers from high court. Legal advisory was given on topics like assets protection, estate planning, etc. It was headed by Advocate Mr. Zaildar Ahsan Shah.
