Karachi (Big Digit)(Report: Pirbux Noonari)Karachi On the directive of Korangi Town Chairman Muhammad Naeem Sheikh, Municipal Commissioner Ghulam Fareed conducted a surprise inspection of the Education Department offices in Korangi, checking the attendance of officers and employees.
Expressing strong dissatisfaction over the absenteeism, Ghulam Fareed warned that no absenteeism would be tolerated, and strict action would be taken against any negligence or tardiness.

Later, the Municipal Commissioner convened a meeting with all directors and deputy directors of Korangi’s tax departments.
During the meeting, he emphasized the need to modernize the tax system, expand the tax net by bringing in more units, and implement practical reforms to boost revenue collection.
He stressed that increased revenue would allow for more rapid developmental work, directly benefiting the citizens.

Present at the meeting were Director Trade License Zafar Khalid, Director Parks Muin Jutt, Deputy Director Advertisement Adnan Habib, Director Charged Parking Muhammad Kashif, Dr. Muhammad Ayaz Awan from the Health Department, Sub-Engineer Wajeehi from the B&R Department, and other officers.
Commissioner Ghulam Fareed urged all concerned officers to accelerate the pace of their work and meet their targets diligently.
