ICSF, Beijing Delegation visit to International Parliamentarians  Congress (IPC), Islamabad

On 01 August 2023, Delegation of the Institute for a Community with shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China along with Mr. Khalid Taimur Akram, Executive Director, Pakistan Research Center for a Community with Shared Future (PRCCSF), Islamabad visited International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC), Islamabad and met with Senator Sitara Ayaz, Secretary General of International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC).

The Delegation of the Institute for a Community with shared Future consisted of Prof. Li Huailiang, Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China, Prof. Zhang Yanqiu, Deputy Dean of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China and Director of Africa Communication Research Center and Dr. Ge Yanling, Section Chief of the Office of the Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF), Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing, China.

During their meeting, the Chinese delegates expressed appreciation for Senator Sitara Ayaz’s efforts in developing cooperative relationships between China and Pakistan for a Community with Shared Future. Furthermore, they noted that the core values of IPC are similar to those of a shared community, and so the International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC) could work with its member countries in order to facilitate the advancement of its research projects.

It was also decided that Institute for a Community with Shared Future (ICSF) and International Parliamentarians Congress (IPC) will work together with all the International Parliamentarians who are IPC members from across the world and joint projects on climate change, food security, policy, and public governance will be organized.
